30th Jan 12: After a short period of closure, the Fort Cumberland Arms, Eastney Road, has reopened. It is not yet known whether this is to be permanant. 30th Jan 12: The Gravediggers, Highland Road, has now reopened and is selling one real ale. 7th Jan 12: The Leopold Tavern, Albert Road, shall shortly be increasing their number of handpumps from six to ten. This shall allow the pub to offer beers from Bowman, Oakleaf, Hop Back, Irving and Dark Star breweries at all times, with the remaining five engines being used to dispense various beers from other South of England breweries, on a rotating basis. 7th Jan 12: The Portland Arms, Stamshaw Road, is presently on the market for £200,00 freehold. 7th Jan 12: The Hole In The Wall, Gt Southsea St, will be showing all Rugby Six Nations matches this season. 3rd Jan 12: Ashby's, Ashby Place, is reported to be on the market for £565,000 freehold.
